[I encourage you to use this worksheet on yourself.]
1. What are your current “favorite” negative beliefs about yourself?
I am not smart/confident enough to deliver the content/knowledge I adore and want to share with the world. I’m not skilled enough. People don’t want to listen to me. I don’t know how to create what I want.
2. For each belief, list all the evidence you have for this belief.
I’ve only taken a few courses so far and only read a handful of books. I’ve never done this before. I doubt everything I say and do. I think I might be wrong constantly. No one cares about my blog. I have no idea how to start, I don’t have a plan. People don’t understand me. I’m too insignificant for people to really pay attention to me.
3. For each negative belief you listed, come up with a positive or neutral thought you would like to believe instead.
I am already capable of in depth discussions about what I’m studying. The answers are always inside of me. Entrepreneurs learn by doing. I am ready now. People want what I’m offering.
4. If you believed those thoughts what evidence would you see around you for them?
People are listening and paying attention already. My words do resonate when I’m in a conversation. People’s perspective’s do shift after talking to me. I already see my growth and evolution, it’s already started. My studies are already paying off.
5. Look for a piece of evidence everyday for one of your new positive thoughts that you want to believe and write it down.
I trust the timeline of the universe. I know I am ready TODAY. Now is the perfect time to start. This work changed my life. I still need it like my life depends on it,
[These types of worksheets are what rewires the neuropathways in your brain. Use them frequently and earnestly if you really want to create what you say you want. I wanted to become an entrepreneur, and just 2 years later I am fully self employed and have almost doubled my income from what I made at my old job. Things do not just “happen” to us. We cannot “wait” for our subconscious thoughts to change. We must proactively change them on purpose. We must decide what we want to happens to us and then create it. ]
